Justin Vickers spent nearly 20 years as a certified paramedic, where he saw firsthand how many seniors needed help at home — help that could have prevented the falls and emergencies he was responding to. That experience led him to open his first home care agency in North Carolina, then move back to Jacksonville to be closer to his own aging parents. Now four years in, Dawn Home Care provides companion, personal, and skilled care across Jacksonville, Duval County, St. Johns County, and Nassau County.
